This makes me chuckle for some reason, not sure why. I wonder how tonights WS game will rank against the blowout one channel over.

There's very little bad or mediocre about this season... it really depends on who your horse is in this race. Records for comebacks are being broken every week, a lot of these games are pretty amazing as teams turn the tables in the final half/quarter.

It's the NFL, nuff said. Bad weeks like this one (and even then, some pretty entertaining games, depending on who your horse is) are due to bye weeks.

From Twitter: 21 times team trailing by at least 10 earns win. Most in 24 years & 2nd-most ever thru 1st 7 weeks (23, '87)

I admit,I stayed with the Denver Broncos-Miami Dolphins from beginning to end, holding my nose through most of it. The last 2 minutes of the game, when Tebow suddenly came to life, made me forget about the previous 58 minutes before it. That game stands out to me because I stuck with it.

Kyle Orton sucks so bad, the only thing he did all day in this game was LOSE a coin toss ;P Even not playing the guy loses!!

Do a shot for everytime Tim Tebow was mentioned. I was beginning to think that Tebow was the only guy playing offense for the Broncos. Now, without Favre, I guess Tebow gets all the Favre love from the media.

Yep...there is no fear of Boller. They have like 9 guys in the box and daring the Raiders to pass. 2 OL penalties...and a sack.

Salsa, Boller started? What, Todd Marinovich wasnt available?? I mean if you werent going to start Palmer then why Kyle Boller of all people?

Just like the stink bomb dropped by the Raiders today:

- 5 picks....2 for pick-6
- 9 penalties...
- multiple injuries

Complete team effort. Luckily, they have a bye week to get Palmer grasp of the offense.

Boller was horrible. He set back QB play 40 years.

Tough loss Salsa. I think the Raiders will come back with Palmer. I think getting a new qb takes time and the Raiders didnt have a decent backup for today's game.

There was no way Palmer was going to know the offense in 3 days and too many were bamboozled by the media to think he was ready and he should start. Boller knows the offense and he looked totally lost. I would have preffered Pryor. With him, you could have chalked up bad play to Pryor being a rookie. There was no excuse to Boller's bad ...sorry, awful play.

Tebow is that good, going to beat the Lions and also take out the Raiders on their bye...

From twitter: @SI_JimTrotter: tebow thru 1st 54+ minutes: 4-14 for 40 yards, 0 tds, 39.6 rating. in final 5+ min of regulation: 9-13, 121 yards, 2 tds, 138.1 rating.

Detroits Defensive line will have Tebow Stew next week !

5 of them were Detroit, which in previous years would have lost all of them. :)

Indy's D has always been thier downfall.
True.but I've never seen it like this.and to assume Peyton would've made a difference for the defense as well is insane.seems to me games like the one tonight the colts would've lost with or without Peyton

Probably so, but no one said that they would win all thier games anyways.
