Plus, the Colorado series also began with a 2-1 home loss.

I think San Jose will tie the series on Tuesday.

Sharks got what they deserved this game. That in mind how cheap and dirty is Boland taking a tripping penalty then sending Versteeg to the box, allowing Boland to play on the PK.

Cheap crap like that needs a dose of Karma.

Also, don't know if any of you caught it, but on the last PP the Hawks had a guy hanging over the boards (while on the bench) and took a swipe at the puck to push it down the ice. He missed the puck, but I've never seen anything like it and would find it to be a penalty if he touched the puck.

Also at the SAME time and bench, a different Hawks player jumps over the boards and then back over them, at least back onto the top of them, also no call. (too many men)

This probably would not have made a difference as it happened in the last minute of play, but come on refs.

Talk about symmetry:

The Flyers win game and the series 4-3 after trailing in the game and the series 3-0!!

As for the Bruins: for the third straight year they lose a game 7..............including second straight year AT HOME..

AND they lose another game 7 on a too many men on the ice PP (ghosts of 1979).

All of the above- INEXCUSABLE!!!

The really weird symmetry, Bill, is that on the tying 3-3 goal I'm pretty sure I saw the puck go through Bill Buckner's five hole!

Philly has nothing over Chicago, the western conf has the stronger of the two teams. Alot of people doubted chicago and said they were too young. How do you explain this now? Chicago all the way GO HAWKS ONE GOAL! Nashville was a stronger seed then where they ended up at, and now the sharks have been slayed in the shark tank. Time to go home and finish them off! BTW not very many teams have made it to the finals down by 2!
