2010 Stanley Cup Playoffs

There's only one game in each of the next two nights in the NHL and NBA Playoffs combined, and you guessed it..........................they're BOTH at the TD Garden!

A week ago, I thought one of my two teams would reach their respective Conference championship.

I still may be right, but I may have had the wrong team advancing........... :o

The former.

The possibility blowing a 3-0 lead- I can't describe how ridiculously improbable that might be.

In all seriousness, I NEVER thought of the possibility of that happening.

Ya, I know that, hence the quotation marks around "chokejob".

Here's an idea, why don't we give the team making the comeback credit!

Jeez, what are they going to do if they win the conference final, let alone the cup??

Great win by the Habs last night. I didn't think they were going to come out and dominate like that!! I hope they can keep this run going...

does this mean the Habs were THAT good or the two top seeds were NOT that good?

Hockey is just such a different sport than the rest. Momentum and emotion mean so much more than they do in other sports, and you have the wildcard factor of hot goaltending as well.

You also have the home crowd factor. The Bell Centre was absolutely insane for game six...and probably so for game seven as well.

It's tough seeing most of the Bruins limited offense out with injuries.

Here's the most screwed up aspect of the Habs run if they get to the finals, you'll need to have a passport to see games in your league's final in person!

IMHO a Canadian team in the NHL finals is a good thing.
