Mel most of the time doesn't know his head from a hole in the ground, but I would have to agree. Just because Bradford has had shoulder problems and you never know how they are going to come back from that.
Yeah, he could be ruined for life like Drew Brees. But I wouldn't draft him unless I had a stout offensive line.
I think the only chance of the Lions trading would be if the Rams dont take Bradford and someone wants to get ahead of the Redskins
Edit: The Skins got their man. If the Rams don't take Bradford, he may drop to the Browns.
Very possible, just hard to see the Rams not taking Bradford.
If the Browns want Clausen or McCoy though, I think they'll have their pick.

Wallace and Delhomme ???
They just got rid of McCoy and Clausen ......... Quinn and Anderson
Neither are in a position to become a franchise QB. Delhomme's best games are behind him and he has a worse team in Cleveland than he did Carolina.
Seneca Wallace is a more likely longer term solution, but he's like 28. I think they're in a good spot to draft someone and let them sit a year behind those two.

Delhomme is only signed for two more years. Wallace is a backup familiar with Holmgren's system. It has been hinted at quite often here by the new regime that Delhomme is only here to bridge the gap for our QB of the future. I fully expect that QB to be drafted in this years draft. Maybe not in the first round, but at some point.
Yeah, I like LeFevour. Tony Pike is also supposed to be worth a look in the middle rounds.
Kiper's latest draft mock is out... includes the Browns taking WR Dez Bryant and the Raiders taking Clausen, heh.

I have heard BOTH rumors. That the Raiders have the 39th pick and they liked his decision making.....IF they did not take Claussen at #8.
