There is NO WAY that was a safety ...he was clearly outside of the endzone by a few yards.

Any OTHER officials would have given forward progress like the RULE BOOK STATES

If the RB would've gone down it would've definitely been forward progress on the 3. I guess since he broke loose and continued to run is why they called it a safety. Can't believe a whistle wasn't blown.

Still the Buckeye's game to lose though.
