:up:up
My sentiments exactly.
“I’m worried about L.A. That’s the team we need to beat.
“They should be good, but they ain’t done nothing yet,” Rondo said after a recent practice during Team USA’s minicamp. “They ain’t done nothing.”
and he's right. until miami does something there's nothing else to talk about. celtics and magic are still the teams to beat in the east.
There's reports that the Celtics may acquire Portland guard Rudy Fernandez.
This would be a GREAT move for the C's! :up
Colangelo said on Monday’s show that whether Bosh was “mentally checked out or, you know, just wasn’t quite into it down the stretch, he wasn’t the same guy. And I think everybody saw that, just no one wanted to acknowledge it.”
So now EVERY time a good or great players decides to go to another team, this SAME bull**** statement is gonna come out?
Colangelo says Bosh was "checked out" last season - NBA - Yahoo! Sports
The last 14 games he played, he averaged +5 more points(29 ppg) and +2(10 rpg) than his regular average of 24 ppg and 10 rpg....and he mailed it in??!!! Really? Seriously??!!
Note to LeBoob and Bosh: Remember the old adage "quitters never win"? I hope it comes back to haunt you.
Quitting on your team to better ensure your future is unsportsmanlike and unethical.
thats trueThe ONLY ones that have made the HEAT the favorites is Vegas. So now the players in OTHER teams are worried about Vegas odds?
Not sure how much the quitting ensured their future, they could have made any decision they wanted to make whether they won or lost. Especially Bosh...not sure how many in Toronto are mourning his departure, they way they're mourning Lebron's departure in Cleveland.
And let's be honest, Chris Bosh would not have made Toronto win all by himself anyway...he's not capable of that. He's a good player, but DO NOT put him at the level of Wade and Lebron.

Missed expectations made it easier for them to make the decision they did.
LeBron's excuse was that he didn't win a Championship in Cleveland. Bosh's was that he couldn't make the playoffs.
Miami picked up Eddie House. A decent guard that can play both the point and the 2 guard. Good pick-up...he brings fire from the bench and some veteran stability.
And when he gets hot................WATCH OUT!!!
Personally, I don't think it's a good pickup, I think it's a GREAT pickup. I love Eddie! :up
Like i've said before, the "08 Celtics don't win a championship without the Houses and Poseys of the world.
