2010-11 NBA PLAYOFFS

LMAO.... Disguise the jab with a compliment.. You have learned well from Sandra.

It's not a compliment, I'm just being realistic. The Heat were the favorites to win it all. They have been since day 1 when they signed 3 Olympians to their team. They even said it themselves when they guaranteed Championships and a dynasty. They're doing what they were supposed to be doing.

They were only favored when they signed...but Chicago and Boston were favored AHEAD of Miami because of their record against the Heat during the regular season. I would not consider it a wasted season IF they lost to the #1 seed WITH the MVP, Coach of the Year AND Exec of the Year. Now you tell me, having THAT trifecta...who is favored to win it all.

Dynasty???? Woe buddy lol. I don't care what lebron said. Let's get one. Then we'll worry about getting more. Getting one is hard enough. :)

I am viewing Chris Bosh with more respect every single day he is a Miami Heat. Here is a guy who was a STUD high school player in Texas(Mr. Basketball for 'the great state'), was a All-ACC at Georgia Tech his frosh year where he average 17-10. Was the main source of offense in Toronto for his years there. Comes to Miami and is the 3rd wheel, for lack of a better term..sacrificing money AND touches...and he still gets crap from everyone but his teammates and local fans about his supposed "soft" play. Of course, NO ONE considered him soft when they were chasing him like the only girl without a date for the big fancy dance.

And at no point...you have EVER heard a complaint from him. Not once. He was even ballsy enough to admit he was overwhelmed sometimes...got KILLED for that. And not a single complaint from him. He's not even known to talk trash...and he went out of character yesterday after Taj Gibson AND Noah talked crap his way and he lit him up..as well as Boozer for 34 points. They ALL took turns guarding him and they all took turns getting lit-up like a Christmas tree.

He has MORE than earned my respect, not for his stats...but the class he has shown through all the bull****.

Good stuff! :) You know these athletes are supposed to be made out of teflon, don't you Salsa? ;)

So here's Bosh in the Celtics series, putting himself out there with that very vulnerable moment. I must admit, my eyebrows were raised when he made those comments.

So what has he done since then? Played championship caliber basketball is all!

KUDOS to him, he's also earned my respect! :up

He has played and experience KG and then he had to get his fill of either Noah or Boozer. AT LEAST in Boston, those players have shown respect to his game. Boozer calling the HEAT "2 1/2 men" or stating that Miami was "only a 2 player team" is witting... but he has earned his respect by all out playing BOTH of the Bulls main bigs.

Considering all the natural Thunder going on in Oklahoma tonight, we choked that one and went down with a whimper. Nowitzski stepped up in the 4th and took the game away. Hopefully we don't just lay down in game 5.

I am sorry but as talented as Westbrook is...he needs to be put on a short leash. HOW can you chuck up as many shots as arguably one of the best players in the league...that wears the same uniform AS YOURS??!! The guy is almost averaging as many assists as turnovers?! He could be playing his last games as a Thunder.

I was REALLY cheering for OKC to win (or at least go) to the finals......not looking good.
