2010-11 NBA PLAYOFFS

Jeez I was just joking...that's why there's a smilie. Calm down a little already...

You're more sensitive than Lebron...and that's saying a LOT!!!

Sandra

Just because you put a smilie on something doesn't mean all is ok.

I could call someone a douche and then put a ;):D but that doesn't make it right.

I hear ya Ramy. I didn't call him a douche or anything...I really was trying to do make a joke. And because this tangent should die I'm totally resisting the urge right now to add a joke and some smilies!!!

I apologize for picking on salsadancer. :shh

The Grizzlies win their first ever playoff series, and beat the #1 seed in the entire NBA to do it! Congrats to them.

at least the heat/celts should play tonight. way too many days in between these games.:down
I thought for sure that Hawks-Bulls would start tonight (they're starting Monday night). I had a feeling Celtics-Heat would be saved for ABC.

Sunday's Playoff Schedule

Memphis at Oklahoma City- 1:00pm ET (ABC)- Game 1

Boston at Miami- 3:30pm ET (ABC)- Game 1

Interesting game. I do not think that Pierce should have been ejected, but the refs were trying too hard to not let the game get away. O'Neil committing those 2 hard and stupid fouls might have lead the refs to be over too loose with the whistle.
Other than that Wade had an amazing game and the Heat defense at times was sufficating.....especially on Rondo. Good win, now they need to continue protecting home court.

Agree on all the above! And WTF has happened to Big Baby Davis the last month or so!

Anyway, I'm confident Doc (my favorite of all the Boston head coaches/managers) will have this team ready to go Tuesday night........whether or not that translates to a W we'll have to wait and see.

Monday's Playoff Schedule

Atlanta at Chicago- 8:00pm ET (TNT)- Game 1

Dallas at LA Lakers- 10:30pm ET (TNT)- Game 1

I think the Hawks will give ALL that the Bulls can handle and win that series. The playoffs are about matchups...and the matchups look pretty even to a slight edge to the Hawks.

PG --- Derrick Rose vs. Kirk Hinrich ... edge ROSE
SF --- L. Deng vs. Jason Collins ...huge edge to DENG
SG --- Bogans vs. Jose Johnson ...huge edge JOHNSON
PF --- Boozer vs. Josh Smith ....slight edge to BOOZER
C --- Jakim Noah vs. Al Hartford ...EVEN
Bench --- huge edge to HAWKS
Intangleables --- Homecourt BULLS.

Atlanta in 7.

Makes you wonder how this team did not do better.
