2010-11 NBA Basketball Season

The Worst Team Ever

Your Cleveland Cadavaliers are 1 game away from history!!!!

Last night's loss to the Pacers made it 22 straight and 32 losses in 33 games! Woah! Now that takes dedication!

The Cadavers can tie the NBA's single-season record for consecutive losses on Friday at Memphis. Tying the NBA all-time record, which they already own (which spans two seasons technically), could come Saturday at home against Portland.

Losers.

WOW! Lebron made his 1st 11 shots and has 29 points at the half! AND....here is the best part, there has been a Dampier siting! He is driving Howard NUTZ! LOL!

..oh yeah, Miami leads 55-45 at the half in Orlando.

Howard with a NASTY foul on Wade who landed in a nasty way on his back. NOT looking good. NOT saying it was done on purpose because he went after the ball, but there was a little malice behind it after he was blocked on the previous where he went nutz that a foul should have been called.

wow watta game, Lakers lost in the last second of the game .. hehe

The center and power forward positions are manned for 96 minutes a game. 6' 11" Duncan played 33 minutes, 6'9" McDyess played 30 minutes, and some no-name 6' 11" 240 pound rookie played 4 minutes. That adds up to 67 minutes. That means that for 29 minutes, the second tallest Spur on the floor was either 6'7" DeJuan Blair, who played 20 minutes, or Ginobli or Jefferson. So how is it that Gasol, Bynum and Odom didn't simply overwhelm them?

I was at a local bar grabbing a quick dinner (Jamaican Jerk Nachos) when the bartender tuned into the Miami/Orlando game following the finale of the OSU/Michigan game. Everyone started booing until they changed it to the Blue Jackets game.

Cleveland doesn't like traitors.

Lol! It is what it is. Hope you enjoyed that Bluejack game.

This game between the Celtics and the Magic is getting quite chippy. I would not be surprised if some kind of brawl breaks out...and outside of Dwight, Orlando has very little defense. I think defensively since they trade...they are worse.

I agree. I think they sacrificed defense for offense.........not a wise move when you have to get through Boston and/or Miami in the playoffs.

IMO, Chicago is now the third best team in the East.

And Chicago WILL get better when Noah gets back.

The Cavs have lost 25 straight games, a new NBA record.

And with one more loss, they can tie the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with the longest losing streak in professional sports at 26. From 1976 (0-14) to 1977 (0-12), the Bucs lost 26 straight. The Cavs have a great shot at becoming the biggest losers in professional sports history.

BTW, I think this is quite unfathomable. Yeah, we lost what's his name. Yeah, we've suffered a ton of injuries. But this is the same TEAM who has won the MOST regular season games two years in a row! Just goes to show you that things in sports can change in an instant.

Cleveland may even be worse than their record indicates. Since their opening day upset of the Celtics, they've had only one win against a team with a winning record (Knicks). They beat New Jersey, Washington and Philadelphia, three losing teams, in the second week of the season, Philadelpihia again a week or two later, and their only other two wins were against Memphis and Milwaukee, and in one of those, they caught their opponent on the second night of a back-to-back. They could go the rest of the season without winning another game.

Seven of the Celtics' twelve losses this season have come on the second night of back-to-backs. Fortunately for them, there are no back-to-backs in the playoffs.

It is being predicted that Jermaine O'Neil will be return before the end of the season, but realistically, unless a "big" goes out with an injury, he would be just their fifth big, behind Erdin.

Cleveland hosts a Detroit team tonight that had to play the full 48 minutes in their close loss to San Antonio yesterday. That makes them a candidate for an upset.

Crying all the way to the bank
