The Clip Joints have actually been playing well recently. Losing to them is no disgrace. Griffin is a beast.

I heard he left the game with a sprained ankle too!

And he's the one talking about karma. Harumph!

And hit two huge 3-pointers to keep the game close at the end. But, the Clippers, to their defense, withheld the furious comeback and win. Like I stated Spolestra, was too late in changing the match-up issues with Ilgauskas and the faster Clippers frontcourt. No biggie, yo live and learn and hopefully, Spolestra did.

The Clippers played a great offensive game, mostly because Baron Davis was not taking silly shots likes he tends to do. The Heat did not do a great job against the Portland zone the other night, but they handled it a little better last night. Of course, as improved as the Clippers are, they're still not the Trailblazers.

The Heat have to avoid settling for long jumpers against the zone.

Eric Gordon of the Clippers should also be mentioned here. Came up big on offense whenever it looked like Miami was getting back in it.

Man you psychic????

No big deal....they used alot of energy against the Clippers and this was the 2nd of a back-to-back. They were also VERY sloppy with the ball last night.
all true my friend but not a shocker. for me anyway. but the clipper loss for me was inexcusable. i know the clippers have improved but miami was on at least two days rest. but no panic here. waaayyy too many games left.

Well... the Clippers loss was alot more of a late response to faster, younger, more athletic front court. The moment coach Spolestra made the proper adjustments by putting in Joel Anthony...the Clippers scoring was slowed down drastically.
