2009 NBA Playoffs

It must just be a fluke then that Orlando has won so many games against the cavs?

Problem is...alot did not watch the Orlando play either. Being in Florida, we have the benefit of getting BOTH the Heat AND the Magic on cable/satellite..and they play each other so much. I have seen the Magic beat the Heat enough times to know just how good they are. IF you concentrate watching one thing too long...you sort of forget the others....;)

Deep breath.......

There have been 8 teams in NBA history to come back from being down 1-3 in a 7 game series. Let's make it 9 Cleveland!

Suddenly Cleveland is the one with nothing to lose as everyone is writing them off. I hope they use this to their advantage.

Game 5 will be back at home. You better bet your bippy the Cavs won't want Orlando to be celebrating on their home court.

Game 6 will be the final game in Orlando. This road game doesn't bother me that much, even though we haven't won a game there yet. Going into the series, I figured we would have to win one on the road and this is the last road game to do so. 3 of the 4 games have come down to the last shot. This has been a very close series. Besides, Orlando will be nervous as hell if they have to try and win a Game 6, their last game on their home court. I wonder if the "Master of Panic" will reemerge?

Game 7, well we all know anything can happen in a final series deciding game. And you better believe that if it goes this far, the Q will be the loudest it's ever been. I'm talking jet-engine loudness. Plus, if it goes to a game 7, the Cavs now have all the momentum in the world back on their side.

Instead of looking at it as taking 3 games in a row from Orlando, we need to focus on one game, one day at a time.

See you Thursday!

You're right about that.
But, the problem for the Cavs now is even if they figure that out and even if they realize that they must run plays for other players they still have to win 3 straight now. Is the supporting cast and the bench now going to suddenly understand what they have to do and execute it perfectly for 3 straight? I doubt it.

Hint to the coach: when Lebron scores 40+ = you lose. Comphrendez?

How old are you? I'm almost 30 and I thought we were around the same age. Havn't you heard? You're only allowed to be optimistic if you're under 20 in this town! :D

I'm almost 28.

I know it's an unpopular stance, but in order to keep my sanity, I'm trying everything in my will to stay optimistic. It certainly beats the other option. I bet a lot of people on here expected me to melt. Aint gonna happen. Now's the time to man-up and believe in my team. One day, one game at a time.

PS You'd be a lot better off with Howard at the foul line instead of him throwing the ball down in your face.

If you know so much, why aren't you a coach in the NBA? Seriously, in Game 3 we tried the hack-a-Superman tactic and he ended up making 98% of his foul shots. The problem isn't with Howard. It's their shooters that are unconscious from the 3-point line.

Cavs are in a pickle though if Howard keeps up his recent performance at the foul line. When he does that he is as good as anyone. But can he keep it up? IF he can YOU lose no matter what. They have a complete team. YOU don't.

On a positive note, Lebron hit 2 free throws with a half second left to send the game into OT. Had he missed one, that would have stayed with him for a very long time.

Yep. I agreed with vurb until I saw Howard man-up in game 3 and knock down his FTs.

I dont think so. If he hits his FTs AND the rest of the team stays unconscious at the 3-pt line, then we likely lose....i don't see the magic hitting 17 3s while shooting ~50% again, though.
