2009 Men's NCAA Basketball Tournament

Can it happen? Will a 16 beat a 1? If Pitt. does lose how embarassing would it be for Pitt. and the Big East in general.

Wow. The Dayton Flyers are a very disciplined team. If only they can learn to shoot free throws, this team would be a real Cinderella hopeful.

The Flyers out coached and played with more passion than the Mountaineers. Perhaps Coach Huggins' cocky attitude rubbed off on his players? Does anyone have the transcript of Huggins before the tournament saying that the path to the NCAA title is "easier" than the Big East Tourney? He basically gave the impression that his team would waltz through this tournament.

I can see the Flyers giving Kansas/N.Dakota State a run for their money in the next round.

Hell of an effort by East Tennessee State, problem is 12-24 at the free throw line hurt them badly.

whoohooo I picked Dayton!!!

Sorry I didn't post for a while, but the Pittsburgh/ETSU was scaring me to death.

Now, I just hope Louisville is careful, or Ramy could have eternal bragging rights.

Pitt was lucky today. They played terrible. ETSU was the worst free throw shooting team I've seen in a long time. 12-24 for the game. They could have pulled it off possibly if they could have hit their FT's.

DeJuan Blair continues to show that he's a stud. 26 points 16 rebounds. The rest of the team looked like they'd been out ill 4 in the morning.

Once again I went 3-1 in that block of games (that seems to be a theme for me this year).

I'm now at 16-6, BUT I still have ALL my Sweet Sixteen teams alive going into tonight.
