My Advice for 129, get your installer to peak your 500 or 1000 to 110/119 then have them install another dish for 129 and peak that... 129 is a POS and until E* can help it or move locals off 129 a second dish will help you drastically (or at least keep your pretty stable with mid range signals).

I have already had to install an additional dish a time or two because of the low look angle.
