Do they even know what they are doing?

Ok my 360 died after almost a year of flawless performance, the strange thing is that I was in FL on vacations so I unplugged all my electronics just to make sure that nothing happen. Ok the day that I got back I put GOW ritgh after , the image got froze, I turn off then back on and the three red lights of death appeared. Ok so that what happened to me back on Dec 28. I received an email days earlier from M$ that stated that the warranty was extended so I called the 1-800-4my-xbox. After the usual procedure they told me that an empty box will arrive to my House via UPS. So I never got it, and today after a gazillion calls and 6 repair order cancelled by them without notice, they finally found out that because I live out of the 48 states(Puerto Rico) I have to send the damaged unit myself. Damn it if they had told me that almost 2 months ago...:( I bought another 360 so my son and I would fight hehehehe, so thanks to that I still have my GOW.

First off all, M$ inform your people, and please sometimes is sooo! difficult to understand the Agents(no bad intentions here), even for a person that is completely bilingual.

I brought my xbox360 on 11-22-05 and it died in december of 06". I guess they only last a year. Disposable consoles. I had to ship my 360, thru UPS to microsoft. It cost me $27.00, but I'm happy they gave me a new 360.

Hola Luis;

I bought my Son's 360 last december in EB because of the Warranty, but mine I bought it at Wallmart it was the only store that had them last January.

I'm going to ship it it today, and yes they are sending new units..
