With my current setup I have three of these switches I found a Directv SWM power inserter can I use that inserter on my setup? the Zinwells are non externally powered. Would this power inserter help with signal loss?

The power inserter will not work with your system because it outputs a fixed voltage and would only provide a single polarity (horizontal).

If you wish to provide external power, you would need a powered multi-switch to provide both polarities via STB voltage polarity LNB voltage output.

A Power Inserter must not be confused with amplifier. While a PI of some sort is typically required to power an amplifier, there is no high gain amplifier inside a WB68 to send power to. As Titanium points out, this would do things to the WB68 that would not allow it to function correctly.
