Z Nation

From what I remember Citizen Z said it was automatically launched to destroy the lab if there was a breach of the lab due to contamination. I don't know why there is a nuke going to the north pole to kill citizen Z though. Other than to provide drama for the mid season finale and areal cliff hanger.
:attention

3rd man dead switch he said, probably since a nuke was fired at us (granted by us), then automatic retaliation missles were fired from all sides.

If that its the case, there would be no future for anyone left on the earth then. So I guess that will be the ending of Z nation -if full retaliation nukes are launched across the world.

It is supposed to return in January, so we will not have to wait long...
Really?I know that helix and 12 monkeys are set to debut on Jan 16th Friday nights,so they're going to run all 3 shows in Jan? Seems kind of odd for syfy.

Well maybe not, there is conflicting information out there as to when season 2 starts.

It would definitely work if they drop WWE Smackdown. When is that work of fiction(but definitely NOT "science") going away?

They moved it to Thursday nights.

Z Nation was just added to Netflix streaming. So what's the verdict? Is it worth the hit to my bandwidth cap?

If you like mindless Zombie fun with a bit of off humor, it sure is! But it isn't much of a hit to your bandwidth cap to just stream one episode and find out for yourself.

It's a nice alternative to The Walking Dead on AMC, and I think it's well worth watching.

I like the show and it moves so much faster than the glacial pace of the Walking Dead.

I was considering buying the season pass on iTunes when this show first started up. The pilot was available as a free episode so I watched it before pulling the trigger. Let's just say, it was way to campy for me. I prefer the more serious tone of The Walking Dead. I wasn't willing to pay the $20 season pass price but now that it's on Netflix I might give it another shot.

I enjoyed it the first season and am looking forward to season 2.
