My only gripe with the Fire Stick is the remote/interface makes it difficult to maneuver. I have trouble going directly to the channel I want to watch on my Hopper. I had it figured out once but haven't used it much and can't seem to find the trick. There was a method that used the round outer ring of the "mouse" to clumbsily enter channel numbers. Maybe they changed the software.
With the DishAnywhere app open, select the guide and scroll to any listing. Pressing << will bring up the direct entry ring.
Do those prices require a Prime membership, or is that only required for the Free one-day shipping?
I like the Roku Ultra, it has an ethernet connection, which is better than wifi. But it is more expensive than Firestick, but under $100 and worth it.
I added the Ethernet adapter to my Firestick and it works awesome.

I also added the wired Eithernet adapter to my Fire TV Cube. Super smooth steaming and doesn't rely on wi-fi as sometimes my access points will reboot themselves.
Not sure what the Ultra has, but you can get a Roku 4K right now for $30 bucks.

Either way, my point it's a one time expense, one and done.

Setting up my first one with 2 Wireless Joey 4's. Royal PITA so far.
Both, Although, the plus was just a bad unit but these wireless Joeys are not great. And they only work with android TV. In other words you cannot use them without the Hopper plus. I assume the Joey 4 is the same. Once I finally got through it, the interface is really cool, and the Hopper 3 and the Joeys there was a little bit of lag so it’s not as fast as what we’re used to but it’s not annoyingly slow, either.
The Joeys are very slow to download, very slow to link to the hopper and one of them gave me all kinds of issues including finding a network connection after it was finished with all the downloads
Most of these Firestick work off wifi only, no ethernet connection. The Roku Ultra has an ethernet connection, which is more reliable than wifi.
$15 adds Ethernet to any Firestick.
