Why is WVIR (channel 29 Charlottesville, Va) not coming through on locals?

Apparently, WVIR is having trouble with their OTA signal as well. I lost signal last night for a bit.

Since the digital transition (and I am not positive it has anyting to do with it) I have intermitantly lost ABC and FOX OTA during good weather but VIR 29 and CBS 19 have been strong signals with no issues.

I have not had any issues (yet or that I noticed) with the locals through Dish.

Just got home and WVIR 29 is out on Dish and no OTA signal on 29.1, 29.2 or 29.3. Must be on their end no Dish's.

More intrigue, no DISH 29 but OTA is back including the sub channels.

DISH still playing the "sorry for the interruption....No need to call we know its not on" slate.

Their OTA signal is not nearly as strong as it was. It's dropped from 96 to 70 for me.

Looks like 29 is back on line now after having transmitter problems.

Seems like things are still the same with that crappy station. I do miss the ineptitude as a source of water cooler talk however. My local NBC station, WNCN, is only half as incompetent.
