WTF 922 for only a week and having DVR issues

So today one of my recordings would not play, I would select start over and nothing would happen, I tried delete and nothing. I had to reset the box to get it to work. Then another one same thing. Now I try to play a recording from a couple hours ago and it says a problem was encountered when opening the files for this dvr event please note the error code:04. Very Frustrated. Any help is appreciated, and as we all know by now talking to customer service may give me a heart attack.
 
To prevent a heart attack ( :) ) contact a DIRT member here. They will give you the best advice and choices on what to do. I would make sure with them you have the latest software update.
 
Yeah, I only deal with my DIRT friends anymore. At the time of my post I was reaching out to anyone with any info since at the time there were no DIRT members around. Since I have only had the box for a week I was trying to see if what I am experiencing is normal or if I am going to need another box in the near future. Mary is looking into some things for me and will be getting back to me this evening. Thanks to all who can provide any helpful info with my new 922.
