If both receivers say they have good signals on both satellites, then the one with the missing locals needs to get a "hit" from the Dish central computers to reauthorize locals again. You can trigger this via their phone support system, or just talk to a CSR. Or just wait. ;)

You have to add a whole lot more details than you're adding, or else nobody around here can do anything but take a wag at the problem. Did you pull off your duals and put on a twin? Did you replace your switch? Apparently yes, but you don't say what your new switch is, nor what you did after that, e.g. "Check Switch" on the receiver. The very first thing we must always do after monkeying around with our antennas, switches, or cabling, is to run the Check Switch. Hunting for missing channels is no way to do this!
