So if you're one of those six or seven people who read the story of Jonathan and Theresa this morning, you might want to know there's a second part! That's right! We changed the writeup halfway through the sale! How exciting is that? Pretty fantastic, don't you think? It's just our little way of saying "Holy Crap, did we make a mistake."
See, the whole story hinged on the Acoustic Research iPod Docking Station having a line-in (3.5mm) jack, which we later discovered it doesn't actually have. We promise you, we're all walking around covering our eyes and there's angry muttering coming out of Matt's office. But what does this mean for you?
Well, it means that, if you'd like to cancel your order, we're cool with it. Please contact us at
service@woot.com with CANCEL xxxxxxxxx in the subject by Sunday noon CST (02/04) and let us know that the line-in jack was very important to you, and that you no longer care to have a very nice Acoustic Research iPod Docking Station. We'll be sad, of course, but that's a small price to pay… for the truth. If we don't hear from you then we'll go ahead and ship out your order as intended, so no need to email in if you're fine with the change.
