wireless phone jack question

I have to use a wireless jack for my phone and 522.why don't the caller id if I subscribe to it?did I hook it up wrong?

Even if you use a wired jack, the 522 won't always display the caller id. It's a bit glitchy. At least that's been my experience. YMMV.

Some wireless jacks will not work with caller id and some will so it could be the jack.

Only the modem capable jacks can be depended upon for caller ID
