Will we get Showtime HD during preview wknd?

Dish has been advertizing a Showtime preview weekend, March 4-6, ch 318-333. Anybody know what we may get, and specifically, any chance it will included HD content?

If the past is an indicator, we won't get the HD channel on the preview. We should though.
