I dont think the Sunday night window will change. Teams know to not schedule games in that time frame. When it happens ESPN usually lets the teams air it in the local markets, but it is still excluded from out of market viewing. This game is just a makeup similar to rainouts, not planned but it happens. No luck for viewers out of the team markets.
