Will one isolator do the job?

I have only seen diagrams with two isolators. Therefore my question. Do we need two isolators to create separate networks? Oh yeah - on a two hopper system.

To my understanding isolators must be used in pairs. Your talking about a two hopper system that you DO NOT want to share content correct?

Oh, you know what? I wonder if an isolator only isolates the Hopper on the isolator side and you can still see the other one? Interesting question. Or does it need two to block MoCa from both legs?
