It's the bottom of the 15th inning and it's almost midnight. The Giants and Reds game is still tied on 419. We will see what happens.

Thanks for confirming this - I had a concern about this back when Dish turned on the HD feeds for 16 hours then they were off the last 8 hours. That is something that should be addressed by Dish. The RSN's should be in HD 24/7, but if they can't for some reason, they should be for the entirety of the live sporting event. (I personally think they should be in HD all the time, but if they must come down on a nightly basis, it should only be the 2-3 hours there is paid programming on)

I agree....or just move the time to 1a PST. It's very rarely goes past that time. BTW this game ended at 12:45 with a walk off home run.

I realize 16 innings does not happen often and most times the game is over but a little ridiculous to have a hard cut-off.

Something nobody has said, until now.... The SD channel is 24/7. So, while the HD feed went bye bye there was the opportunity to see the rest of the game in SD. Not the greatest but it was there...

Ya, I was so focused on HD and the policy of cutting it off I did forget... :)

Do you actually think there was someone there monitoring the game... everybody's gone home for the night.

There may have been one guy setting there asleep unless an alarm for channel or uplink failure goes off.

They used to when these HD channels were on only during live events.
