Why have F connectors gotten so freakin high??

Any subs out there who feel my pain on this one. It seems the supplies we have to buy keep getting higher and higher!! Especially connectors!!! Anyone have a cheap source?

Sorry to dredge up an old thread. Short answer would be oil. Raises shipping prices from china to UPS...

But I have seen some really, and I mean really cheap deals on here lately:

What the heck are you talking about? This link only brings up cable and LNB crap. And the one item that is a fitting is a type that isn't even on the DNS approved list.

As to why fittings are so dog-gone high, ever considered that fittings nowdays are much more intricate and complex? Gone are the days of cheap-ass Rat-Shack screw-ons or hex-crimps.
 
You guys should look at Gilberts. I sell tons to the DNSC guys out here.

They're $23 for 100 unlike $15 for 50 PPC.
 
What goes into BRASS? Copper is part of the formula to make Brass and Copper prices have gone out of sight. The bodies of fittings are plated brass.
