Why does DISH continue to label Ch. 232 as "Rural TV" ?

Ha ha, funny..... I'm waiting to hear back from RFD-TV, sent them an e-mail today....

The Facebook response is puzzling because I've never seen livestock auctions on FamilyNet, but I've seen them on RFD-TV..... And why would they want a 24-hour channel improperly named after a particular program they (supposedly) carry is a head scratcher....

The Sky Angel issue is now moot. The agreement was terminated when SA left satellite, went to IPTV, and sold its transponder space to Dish.

Finally received a response to my e-mail to RFD-TV:

"The channel name is FamilyNet when the regular scheduled programming is aired. It is Rural TV when auctions are being broadcast." That's all they wrote....

They must think that DISH will uplink a different channel name to the EPG Channel 232 depending on what program is airing.... Which, of course, they do not do and thus, why we've been stuck with the wrong channel name for 3 years...

It's now obvious what dare2be posted earlier that they don't seem to care about the issue, since clearly they're aware of it.... Apologies to DISH !!!
