Only the connected EHD, of course you can move them between Hoppers..

When I had multiple Hopper 2's, I never had EHD's hooked up, so I cat say if Hopper A can see Hopper B's EHD. I know with the Hopper 3, Joeys can see all of the EHD's hooked to it.
