Have had them all: US Cellular (horrible roaming rates, backward phones), Sprint (good network, kludgy Windows Mobile phone, bad upgrade policy, lousy customer service), T-Mobile (good rates but horrible data service), Verizon (good network, overpriced), AT&T (for iPhone, horrible network) and as of last August back to Sprint (still good network, great Android phone, far improved customer service, best all-in-one rates, nights start at 7, free mob-to-mob any provider).
