When will $149 offer be on Dish's web site?

All,
Have been following the 811 for awhile now. I am going to get a friend to switch over to the 811 as he has an HD monitor now. He is a current Dish subscriber and I am just waiting for Dish to announce the $149 deal to current subscribers on their web site. For some reason they don't show it, they just have a $300 package for the 811:

It' will never be listed on the website for $149 cause it is a special . I don't see why it matters .
