Son has burgers, hotdogs, teriyaki boneless chicken, corn and lobster tails on the grill. Also having rice, mac salad and Punaluu dinner rolls. Iced tea and Heineken’s. Entire family, friends and sons friends here for lunch and swimming.

Alyce, Tyson and I at B/K in downtown Hilo. She and I having the teriyaki whopper combo and chicken nuggets. Tyson having a cheese burger, fries and chicken nuggets. If he “BEHAVES” he might get ice cream for dessert.
I had a cup of 2% milk (120 calories), with 1 scoop of protein powder (210 calories) mixed in it, 1 hot dog (180 calories) on a slice of 35 calorie lite bread, and some ketchup on the hotdog. I chased it all with a 20oz glass of water.
I'm counting calories and biking 6 days a week, and I've lost a lot of FAT in the last few months doing so.
