We ended up having lasagne from a recipe I got from my BIL's mom. She makes the best non-traditional lasagne in the world! It turned out pretty good for me too, but I didn't get to add the cayenne pepper, cuz I didn't have any. Next time for sure. Tonight will be tacos for sure.
Basted lemon pepper chicken, two ears of fresh local sweetcorn steamed in the husk, and one-half of a local ripe cantaloupe. For desert I think I'll stuff some Pepperidge Farms 3-Layer Coconut Cake into my pie-hole. :lick
