What is the smallest dish to get AMC 3 C band? (The Tube Gone?)

What is the smallest dish people use to get AMC 3 and
4036 H sr 3679 or any transponders on AMC 3?

Looks like you would need around a 2m (6.5') Dish!

Realistically you should not expect a 6.5 foot antenna to work reliably on that signal. Some channels on AMC-3 will NOT come in on a perfectly aligned Paraclipse Hydro (7.5 foot), and require a 10-foot model to lock solid.
At the bare minimum, I would have to recommend at least an 8-1/2 foot antenna on AMC-3, with a strong suggestion to use a 10-foot model if you have the means to do so.

heck, most KU on AMC3 requires a 36" or greater
