Would running the cable inside the house be an option? You could use wire mold to hide the run as well as any holes you you had to make in the interior walls.

if i can not find someone that can go under i guess i am going to have to look at going over and sending the runs down the wall. it is not what i wanted to do but if i have no other choice i will do it.
There is someone who can get there..I drilled a hole in brand new hardwood floor. When my worker went to the rear access hole, guess what..at least 6 inches of complete sewage..hmmm,I have to use that hole I have already drilled ..Dag Nab it...so we went, mind you , this is an extension of an existing old house...so we went to the "old house" access..the only thing that was running from the old side to the new side were a/c /heating vents...barely enough room to get the vents , plus of course the romex and all ....Anyway...3 of us went thru on the old side and began beating the old foundation around the vents...we finally got a hole big enough where the smallest guy could barely fit through.. I went to the new side and watched the kid come thru there , not pulling the wool over your eyes, completely naked..his clothes didn't make it over to the new side.lol he grabbed the wire, creeped back through the hole put his clothes on and came out the access hole....Someone will get those wires for you..... Is the moral of this story.
In a pinch a piece of small diameter plastic pipe. Push it thru then attach cable to pipe.
