What do we KNOW about wm9/new dish/dvr/etc?

I think the only think we KNOW for sure is the lease of new sat starts in Oct. right? Has Voom actually SAID anything else about when they plan to upgrade everyone to new dish/wm9, etc. Do they have any target date? Seems like if they're actually going to put the new sat into operation in Oct, they'd be updgrading like YESTERDAY.

By "voom says" I mean an official PR release, or something coming from somebody like Wilt, not the rumor mill or the CSRs or Psychic Friends Network

I think this is why they are trying to raise some more money, I think they are going about it the wrong way if you ask me. $200 for new customers doesn't work, increasing the subs from 25-35k to 100k is! Self install option is a plus!
