What criteria one should have in order to get approved for Newfind section?

I posted the same question on the G10R and wildfeeds thread, that's now locked, and my message is disappeared. What's going on....?
I have applied for Newfind section for 2 or 3 times, have never gotten any reply. IMO, it will be nice if the mods can PM the applicants on the status, either approved or not approved.
