Week 4 NFL Schedule

What you do in the 1st half is not as important as finishing the game in the 4th quarter. The raiders got spanked. The drive where they were in the red zone and russell tried to run it in was a failure because of russell's fat ass and fat neck:D He couldn't reach the end zone fast enough. But then again you should see my fat ass :D

No...it was a half made decision ....you either DECIDE to do it or don't.

then he needs to be a more decisive QB. the position requires a very fast process of decision making. to me the best qb's at processing what they saw on the field to the time they made a decision with the ball were montana, marino, elway and today favre, mcnabb , peyton manning and brady. ( none of these qb's had fat asses and fat necks :D) i kidd i kidd :) you see that's why miami didn't sign me up as QB . their reason was i have a neck like an iguana.

I don't measure success because you have a good record against a team...I measure Super Bowl appearance and wins.;)

i find it strange how some teams struggle at the home of certain teams. for example miami for years has had problems when having to play against teams like oakland and sandiego at their house. just last week dallas won at greenbay for the 1st time in many many years.

2 upset specials.

Arizona(+1) over Jets

Cleveland(+3.5) over Bengals

Bets of the week.

Oakland +9

Denver/KC Under 47

Wow what a horrible week. Guess me, the wife and kids will be eating Ramen noodles all week:D

Got lucky Palmer was hurt or I would of taken the golden sombrero.

i posted earlier last week that i didn't think denver was going to blow out kc, that it would be a closer game than what most people thought. I never thought KC would win though. It was kind of a upside down day yesterday but that's what you gotta love about the NFL. Anyone can win on any given sunday baby.

I didn't say you live in the past...I say THAT is how you measure teams greatness.

i agree. that's how you measure a teams success. Teams win championships not just one player. If that was the case we wouldn't have some of these great players without rings. It takes a solid team at all areas to win a championship and those that you mentioned are the greatest franchises of all time.

That's just how you measure their record. I'd never apply "greatness" to the Raiders. Al Davis ruined that phrase for the Raiders with his "Just win, Baby" philosophy. Fair play and honor come into play when "greatness" is applied.

you can still enjoy them no? now when the pats don't go back to the SB for 20 years you'll look back at this decade we live in know and you'll be happy that you lived it and enjoyed it. Nothing wrong with a little reminiscing. :)
