If you see any further burst issues, please report to me the ad that was last to load in the most details you can so I can report it to burst and also remove the ad from our rotation.

problem resolved
Due to all the throughput problems, I've taken independent action to remove burstnet and others from the equation.
Can't tell the exact improvement, due to so many variables (time of day, server loading, etc), but a conservative estimate is 2X faster.
Could easily be 4X or more.
By the seat-of-the-pants test, it feels a lot snappier. - :up
Only thing I'm noticing now is something like google-analytics (?)...
Will see about that later, if necessary.
And I still get the useful adds at the top of the page.
(Not being a smart; I really like and use them as quick-links.)
