Weather Channel App Problem

Here is what I see when I pull up the map. My activity icon spins and spins but the Map never updates. Notice the date ate the bottom. Any one else seeing this?

Go to the system tray and kill the weather channel app process. I had that happen nice and it fixed it.

I have done that several times with no help. I even uninstalled and reinstalled. iPad app is good.

Just checked the wife's phone and it's doing the same thing. Strange. It's only the map that's not updating.
