Can't confirm this, but, it is on their website:

Reception Information:

WCPE's Ku-Band signal is on the AMC-1 Satellite, 103° West, Transponder 12K, vertical polarization.

The digital tuning information is: Downlink 11942 MHz; IF 1192 MHz; FEC 3/4; Symbol Rate 20 ms/s; Audio PID 5417 decimal, or 1529 hex; ch 81.

The coverage is the Fifty States, western and southern Canada, and northern Mexico
 
are you disappointed in the sound quality? I don't think it sounds too bad (but it's not 128 or 192kbps either).

my dad likes it - I set him up with a FTA dish because the local classical music station is hissy so even at 64 kbps, it's a lot cleaner than the local classical station. :D
 
The sound quality is fine for me. I listen online also and it is 96 kbps there and I can not tell much difference between the two. I can get my local classical station in the car fine, it is impossible to pick up inside the house though.
