I am watching the WBC games in Telerebelde they are getting the feed from MLB TV and they show no comercials! GO Puerto Rico! Nice game last night!
How about their play by play men?. Hector Rodriguez (together with the late Eddy Martin considered the best in Cuba in the last 50 years) on the first Cuba's game said that the umpires names and nationalities were not going to be announced for any games (he did not specified whether all games or in Mexico City only) and that is absolutely a lie since in every game everywhere they have anounced the umpires on the TV broadcast and I would assume on the local stadium as well. But anyways he is just another member of parliament, communist of course, and therefore liying does not surprise me at all. They all know the game as good as anyone else but sometimes their professionalism is more than cuestionable, at least for me , now that I have lived in NA for almost 7 years. Before I was just blind I guess.
But you are right , no comercials at all or any interruptions , if you want to follow the game fully pitch by pitch , the Cuban TV is probably ,if not the only , way to go, for any sporting event. I missed 2 or 3 pitches just the other day after a broadcasting glitch from WBC Inc here in Canada with SportsNet HD when they decided to go again into comercials. I also had Tele Rebelde on at the same time and they did not missed anything.
Go Cuba but beware of the asian tigers they might scratch our face, unfortunaelly again.

Also, being at 90.1 degrees Longitude, does my motor have the ROM to see Hispasat at 30 degrees, assuming I have LOS?

Yes That's why i lower the volume of the TV and hear it with out audio sometimes they talk to much crap about communism and i don't give a crap for that!
There seems to be some problem with this. Probably should have started a new thread, but, whenever I try to scan this satellite, my motor does not move!
Anytime I go into my menu, choose a satellite, set USALS, DiSEqC switch number, LNB freq, etc. the dish just moves to whatever satellite I have selected. When I choose Hispasat, it does NOTHING. The dish just does not move at all. I know all my settings are right and I do not have any limits set.
According to the manual which I just downloaded and read, my motor should have 70 degrees of azimuth, but, the darn motor just won't move the dish when I select this satellite!
Any ideas? I'm using the Classic NA.

something similar is happening to me this days after playing with the motor the other day. now if i select 30W it moves there , locks the signal but inmediately goes back to the true South , 79W for me, and stays there. I have a Collsat 6000 premium, with factory software , and also defaulted it. powered down everything including the motor for 24 hours and nothing. There is no way to reset the stab 90 apparently. I remember before it happened I was at 30W with no signal and I selected Go to Reference at the USALS menu because I wanted the dish to move to 0 , 79W, and then I selected Go to Position which I remeber I have used before a few times to fix motor problems (it usually moved back to the proper SAT position after this procedure) but now it seems that it has memorized the position 79W as also the position 30W.
The work around so far has been to create a fake 29W sat and using DiseqC 1.2 move fine towards the west until I lock a signal again and then re-scan everything. I still need to know how to reset that false 30W position on the stab 90 motor. I have not tried deleting the 30W sat and then creating a new one from scratch yet.
Anyone any idea how to reset the stab 90 motor?

This is something I will need to be told how to do.
I have no idea how to move to 30 W using 1.2.
What's the procedure?
