Let me also state that I don't believe in pointing at others to defer the blame from the present leaders. In other words, I won't point at Clinton or Carter to move the argument away from Bush. That's nothing more than smoke and mirrors, (something liberals are very good at themselves). Someone asked, what good has Bush done in the last 4 or 5 years? Well to the best of my recollection, we have not had any further terrorist attcks on our soil.... have we?

It is against international law to use chemical weapons (napalm, etc.) on civilians, do some reaseach, because it seems you are lacking in that area of knowledge.

I was going to stay out of this conversation until I read this load of crap!

It it NOT up to the federal government to make sure you have enough money to live on when you retire. Is it up to YOU to earn a decent living while you are younger and put some money away for when you want to, or need to, retire. If you dont have any money in the bank when you want to retire, then you better keep on working.

I am so sick and tired of paying for people who can't (or won't) take care of themselves. Im not talking about people who truly cant take care of themselves...Im talking about lazy f*cks who think "I dont need to work, the government will send me a check." And then they go bitching about how "the man" is always keeping them down.

Im 31, and through careful planning, I will be able to retire in the next 15-20 years. And when Im 65, I wont be eating dog food.

Iraq war, bush calls it a war here, but no prisoners, they are called detainees, and dont have the geneva convention protections, torture is ok when it can be blamed on lower level guards, afghanistan, the insurgents are on a upswing there, Katrina, warned it would be bad, didnt make proper arrangements, lets ignore the constitution, but give the keys to our ports, to a country who supported terrorists, and lets not tell congress, on afghanistan o sama bin laden has largely been forgotten. If the iraq war resources had been spent on osama we would had his head on a stick long ago.....

Bush appears detached from the reality of how bad things really are. Just take a look we as a nation are spending more than we make, the economy is going to crash and crash hard.

The current bloodbath is Iraq where 75% of soldiers think we should leave. The NEXT bloodbath willbe in november when congress becomes democratically controlled.

There is just one problem... WE ARE NOT AT WAR WITH A COUNTRY! We are at war with extremists who are not loyal to a government. There is nothing in the Geneva convention about this kind of war. America is doing its best considering those circumstances to stick to the Geneva Convention.

As far as 75% o soldiers thinking we should leave... remember where you got that info, or heard it. The media is biast, and the liberals do not disagree with that. When is the last time you heard a liberal support or defend the media and all of its polls?

Polls can be misleading and should never be used a month before any type of election. In Bush's case, you are even starting to see some Rep's move away from Bush, especially in the House since it is an election year.

Politics is never black and white, it's not that simple. If you are a Republican you can't possibly agree with everything the administration has done and if you are a Dem, vice versa.

I agree strongly. I am a republican, but I do disagree with this administrations stance on this port ops deal. Also they lack in importance when it comes to immigrants and our borders. They also could do something better for education, more particularly higher education. The costs have sored so much that by the time you get a degree anymore, it will take you 10-15 years to pay it off. And a lot of people are stretching it farther than that. It does not seem right to me to almost make us get an education to have a decent job, but you will be in debt for that education. This probably is more of a State level issue though.

Yep! They lowered my taxes. In my income group I made out pretty well. But the average middle class working person got screwed. Not only wasn't their taxes lowered, their local taxes were raised to make up for the federal short fall going to the local govt'ts.
Not just the French but the average European.

He lied and many of our people died for little reason. I could say a bunch more about this crooked administration but it would fall on deaf ears. I'm middle class... I have had my taxes lowered, and my local taxes have been the same for the last 5 years.

As far as impeachment... I will give Kerry and Kennedy credit hear. They seems to be the only one with the guts to actually follow through with the dems' movements of impeachment. That's more than I can say for any of the other dems... unless of course you don't know that, but you can't get that kind of info on CNN, or CBS!

How early do you have to pick mangos in India for the three week ocean voyage from India? And, another week for distrubution from the Dubai owned ports?

We ae at war with a country, the country of Iraq. Many dont want us occupying their country and they are doing whatever they can to get us out.

Question if another country invaded and took over the US what we we do? those unhappy would become terrorists and attempt to get the invaders out.
