Wally Guide Update?

I have had my Wally turned on for a while and I am getting it prepped for a trip in my rv. I am trying to get the guide updated and it is hung up on the 3/21 date. The guide is blank. I have tried to update the guide, reset the Wally and hard reboot with no luck today.

Any ideas?

Have you done a check switch?

Press home three times then press 3 then press 5.

Yes, it goes through a check switch each time I reset or unplug the Wally.

Are you seeing both satellites?

When I set it up I was seeing both satellites. But I have been getting some strong winds and there was one tree in question. Overnight the updated guide loaded when the wind was not blowing. This morning the signal kept going in and out. I moved the dish about 4' and everything is working OK now.
