Wally acquiring signal

Any comes across a Wally that's stuck on acquiring signal and doesn't move, the dish is OK, reset Wally more than once, the coax is OK, used the other Wally in the house to varify, any ideas?

Did you try disconnecting the coax, running a Check Switch, reconnecting the coax, and running the Check Switch again? That has worked for me in the past.

No i didn't rerun the check switch, have to try that, thanks
