I called CRG at directv and they were real nice. They switched my service and billing address because they reversed them when they submitted the waivers. The representative made sure my waivers would stay since they messed up. She reversed my billing and service address. Then I said just to keep them all at the service address because it would be easier. She said fine, and everything is okay now. I think everything is fine because I am in the same market as where they submitted the waivers.
