Voom phone Survey...

Just got a call saying it was from Voom and would like to ask 5 questions regarding my service.

1. Installation process
2. Activation time
3. Are you receiving more HD than before with Voom? (vs. equal or less)
4. Expertise/Knowledge of the installer.
5. Overall install process

These had multiple choice answers and scales from 1-4
I don't recall if this is the exact order in which they were asked but that was it. I was able to add my comments for each question. In my case, because my first install was not good but the second service call was excellent I was able to rate both.

By the nature of the questions,it seems to me like Voom is checking up on their installers...!!!

Anyone else get this call...BTW my install was on March 15, 2004
 
Yep, I got the call as well today with the same questions and rated them poorly since they came out three times trying to get everything working. First time the receiver didn't even have the VSB module installed and they were wondering why the OTA wasn't working at all!
