start to search through the VOD to find a movie for tonight. guess what? it freezes my reciever, i wish that there was a way dish could fix this issue

I just started having the same issue. Was working great before. I can use My Dish app on my iPad, but can't access any VOD. Was there a recent software update that did this? Any update on the time frame for the fix?
I just got a response, and was told that they do know about the issue.

Just calling up the 'New Releases' menu crashed my 722K the other day, but seems to be working now. Thanks Matt.
