Vip922 does not record show

We have a show series to record, but the 922 does not do so.
In the guide it shows an X on top of 2 circles. 1 grey and 1 white...

Any ideas?

If set it to record only new and that was not a new you would see the x

Or a duplicate recording, either one already in schedule on recorded. This sometimes also happens when the guide info is incomplete.
