ViP211 Loss of Video and Brief Lockups

Dish: Unsure, I don't believe it's the 1000.2

I wanted to come here before I attempted to wait on the line for hours with Dish Customer Service. This is now the 2nd time this has happened. It will lockup and shut down and then upon power up I will get a Black Screen with no video.

I have to unplug the power from the received for a short period, 1 minute and then it does it's thing and everything is A-OK.

This is getting very frustrating, I left Comcast because they couldn't fix the Tiling and now this is happening after 6 months. Is there a way to do a reset from the remote so I don't have to pull the TV out to get to the cords?

I've reset to defaults, checked all connections, there's nothing sitting on top of the receiver, the 311 upstairs is working fine, check switch passed. Transponder 19, Bird 129, Signal = >50.
